Job Description:

As a Support Executive, you will be the frontline hero, ensuring our clients receive top-notch support through email, live chat, and telephone. You will guide and assist clients with high-quality, clear instructional content and keep them informed through regular updates via our website and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
    Develop and maintain FAQs and step-by-step guides for our software.
  • Use platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and WordPress to communicate important updates.
  • Engage in live client meetings and demos as required.
  • Uphold the company’s standard of support and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Maltese.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a support role, preferably with exposure to HR and Payroll systems.
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goals:

Initially learn the software and manage basic support queries. Within the next few months, take full responsibility for our support documentation. Eventuall start leading communications with our broader audience. Are you up for the challenge?

  • Customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
  • Quality and timeliness of support documentation.
  • Overall contribution to the support team and company goals.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Flexibility for some remote work.
