Contactless Biometric Punch Clocks which are GDPR-Ready
With Face Recognition technology, fingerprint and RFID card, employees can punch-in or out using one or more of the features available on our contactless biometric punch clocks. Employees’ biometric data is encrypted of all punch clocks and is stored in a secure format. This means that even in the event that a punch clock is stolen, employees’ biometric data stored on the punch clock cannot be duplicated or used in any way.
Remote clocking mobile app, and functionality within the software
Do you require for your employees to punch in or out from a remote location where a punch clock is not available? Timekeeper allows employees to clock-in remotely with a mobile app or by logging into the software and using the remote clocking feature. The software creates the clocking whilst also taking note of the GPS location where the clock in was made. Timkeeper also has a feature called Projects which allows for locations to be created and represented on a map with a set radius. The software can be used to provide reports on any clockings made within the various locations set up.
Monitor employees clockings with relevant reporting
WorkForce Timekeeper offers a selection of reports that allow for a bird’s eye view of your employees’ clockings. With these reports you can monitor clockings and understand your employees’ clocking trends. Reports in Timekeeper include: Punch Card Details and Summary, Short Hours, Timings, Approved Overtime, Clockings from Remote Locations and more.
